Refund policy

Effective from: 13.05.2026

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchases in our Store. If, for any reason, you wish to return the purchased goods, you will find detailed information about your rights below.

Who Can Withdraw from the Agreement?

The right of withdrawal from the agreement applies to privileged Buyers, i.e.:

  • Consumers – individuals making a purchase with no direct connection to their business or professional activity.

  • Privileged Entrepreneurs – individuals entering into an agreement directly related to their business activity, but where the agreement does not hold a professional character for them.

Deadline for Withdrawal

You have 14 days to withdraw from the agreement without giving any reason. The period runs from the day:

  • on which you (or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier) took possession of the goods,

  • on which you took possession of the last item, batch, or part – in the case of an order covering multiple goods delivered separately.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your statement of withdrawal before the period expires.

How to Withdraw from the Agreement?

Please inform us of your decision by means of an unequivocal statement, for example, a letter sent by post or e-mail:

Product Returns

Please send the goods back to the address of our logistics center:

The goods must be sent back immediately, and no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal from the agreement. The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the Buyer.

Refunds

We will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than 14 days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal.

We will issue the refund using the same payment methods used in the original transaction (including via the Przelewy24 system), unless you agree to a different solution. You will not incur any fees in connection with this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier. In the case of a refund for a transaction made by payment card, the refund will be credited to the bank account linked to that card.

Liability for Goods

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. Please return products showing no signs of use.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply, among other things, to products manufactured according to the Buyer's specifications or serving to satisfy their individualized needs, as well as goods delivered in a sealed package which cannot be returned after opening due to health protection or hygiene reasons (if the package was opened).

Complaints

If the received goods do not comply with the agreement, you are entitled to the complaint rights described in the Store Regulations (§ 9). Please submit complaints to the e-mail address: sklep@fresso.pl or to the mailing address in Warsaw. We will respond to them within 14 days.
